All orders placed on ELAXCA are fulfilled through our global warehouse network. We operate strategically located warehouses in multiple regions to ensure optimal delivery speed and reliability.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

  • Singapore & Malaysia: 12-48 hours (ELAXCA Express Service)
  • Europe & Americas: 2-7 business days (Standard Service)
  • Other Regions: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing

Note: Delivery timelines are calculated from the moment an order is successfully processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance delays.

2. Courier Partners

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, ELAXCA partners exclusively with leading global courier providers, selected based on:

  • Global and regional coverage capabilities
  • Delivery speed and reliability metrics
  • Real-time tracking performance
  • Customer service standards

Important: For operational efficiency and service consistency:

  • Courier selection is managed by ELAXCA based on destination and service level
  • Customers cannot manually select courier services
  • This centralized approach allows us to maintain delivery standards and accountability across all orders

3. Delivery Delay Compensation

We take our delivery commitments seriously. If a confirmed order exceeds the stated delivery timeframe due to courier-related delays, ELAXCA offers compensation according to the following guidelines:

Compensation Structure:

  • Up to 3× compensation based on product value
  • Compensation may be provided as refund, store credit, or partial reimbursement
  • Applicable only to eligible orders verified by our support team
  • Excludes delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events

Process:

  • Report delivery delay within 3 days of expected delivery date
  • Our team verifies the delay with courier tracking data
  • Compensation is processed within 7-10 business days after verification

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Every ELAXCA order is protected by our comprehensive insurance coverage. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, you are fully protected.

What to Do:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect
  • Include images of packaging and product labels

Our Commitment:

  • Verified cases may qualify for up to 3× compensation
  • Resolution options include replacement, full refund, or platform credit
  • Insurance claims are processed in partnership with Great Eastern Insurance
  • Average resolution time: 5-7 business days after documentation submission

5. Return Policy

Certain items may be eligible for return under specific conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
  • The product is significantly different from the description or images
  • The item arrives damaged or defective (see Section 4)
  • Specific product categories marked as returnable

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Unused and with all original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags included

7. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or compensation may not apply in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling
  • Requests submitted outside eligible time windows
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at purchase
  • Personal preference changes (size, color, etc.) unless otherwise stated
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products altered, used, or damaged after delivery

8. Fair Use & Fraud Prevention

To protect all customers, sellers, and maintain platform integrity, ELAXCA reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious or abnormal claim patterns
  • Request additional verification for high-value claims
  • Decline abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant requests
  • Suspend accounts involved in repeated policy abuse
  • Cooperate with law enforcement for fraudulent activities
